Joining Hands Together For Better Future
From July 2010 VESIMSR has taken an initiative to start a new cell for corporate social responsibilities known as VESIMSR CSR cell.
Goals and Objectives of CSR Cell:
- The basic objective of this initiative is to develop students as socially responsible business leaders and help the institute to fulfil its corporate social responsibility.
- Helping students to increase their understanding of different NGO activities.
- Organizing socially relevant program/events to assist community development.
- Needs to sensitize the social problems and give them solutions by initiatives and projects.
- Association with NGO to help them for achieving their objectives.
VESIMSR’S CSR INITIATIVES:
VESIMSR’S ASSOCIATION WITH BAL ANAND
We have joined hands with NGOs “Bal Anand”. Bal Anand is a Non-Government Organization which takes care of around 90 children. It shelters children as young as 6 months to as old as 12 yrs. They also take care of autistic, physically and mentally challenged children. At Bal Anand we are working towards creating an awareness on a wide range of issues such as personal & social hygiene, nutrition, environment etc. In addition to this, our students will guide their children to find their hidden capability and help nurture it.

VESIMSR’S ASSOCIATION WITH CHEMBUR MUNCIPAL SCHOOL
VESIMSR’s CSR cell organizes small workshops for educating municipal school students on various academic and non academic subjects. Some of the snap shots of our workshop:

Our CSR cell is helping Goonj in its initiative “Ek Jodi Kapada” by donating old clothes, newspapers and magazines etc, collected from students and staff.
VESIMSR ENCOURAGING HANDICAPPED STUDENTS
Our CSR cell encourages special students and appreciates their efforts by buying product made by them.
