Professor Neerja Kashive is multifaceted personality with zeal for continuously learning new things. .She started her career with teaching Chemistry to graduate and post graduate students after completing her Masters degree in Chemistry from Pune university .She was rank holder in the University in her subject. She has cleared State eligibility test (SET) for Chemistry and has over eight years of teaching experience as full time faculty.

She always had urge to learn about management subjects and thus pursued her PGDM in Human resource from AIMA. She has also done satellite program for Post Graduate Certificate Program in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, which gave her in –depth knowledge of various subjects in HR domain.

Previously she was Core faculty in New Horizon Institute of management Airoli and was Examination Coordinator there. She was also engaged in various co curricular activities and college events. She handled the responsibility of Course Coordinator for part time program like MFM and MMM.

As a Science student, research always fascinated her. Right now she is enrolled with ITM-SNDT Collaborative research program and pursuing her PHD in Human resource management. She looks forward to guiding and mentoring students in the same field.
Currently she is full time faculty at Vivekananda Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research (VESIMSR) and teaching Human resources subjects. Her area of interest are Organization Behaviour, Training and Development, Competency mapping, Performance management, Strategic HRM.
