Has studied Hotel Management after high school and went on to do bachelors in public administration. Worked with Taj Mansingh and after gaining some experience decided to graduate her education. Did masters in business administration with specialization in Human resources.

Her corporate career started with Ernst & Young in their HR consultancy division. She worked in multiple projects on Hr benchmarking, employee manuals, compensation surveys, headhunting. Her focus area was with startup operations and providing all HR services in retainership management. After few years, in search to make a difference went on to work with a non-profit organization called Parivar Seva Sanstha as Manager – HR. Her primary responsibility was towards Recruitment & Selection and Learning & development.

She joined academics and has more than 5 yrs. teaching experience in teaching human resources related subjects in B-schools. In IMCOST she created a substantial impact in HR department with multiple HR programmes and events.

Presently she is working with VESIMSR as Asst. Prof. in their HR department. She is responsible for academics as well as standardization of processes in the institute. Responsible for formulation of HR and Student resource manuals.
