51% seats of sanctioned intake are reserved for Sindhi minority students.

2.       CET Advertisement in the leading News paper (TOI) by DTE –State Govt.

3.       CET Written Test and G D, P I.

4.       Declaration of CET Result. And submission of online application forms as per DTE Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

5.       Our Advertisement in the leading newspaper for inviting applications for Sindhi Minority Seats.

6.       Issue and submission of Application forms for Sindhi Minority Quota.

7.       Admission Rounds by DTE

a) Centralized Allotment under CAP            b) J & K students allotment By DTE

For the Rounds of Admission under Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) by DTE-

Students are requested to refer the DTE admission prospectus and their website for necessary information procedure of admission and also advised to follow the same very carefully.

8.       Admissions of Centralized (CAP) allotted students in this institute by paying prescribed fees and submission of necessary Documents, issue of fee Receipts etc.

9.       Up to the last permissible date, we offer admissions to the centralized allotted students.  After that date we have to stop the admission of CAP Rounds.

10.    Calculation of the vacancies remaining after offering admissions to CAP students and the seats  remaining vacant due to  the cancellation of admission by the students.

(Refund of fees to the students canceling their admission shall be as per the Rules and   

Regulations of DTE – Govt of Maharashtra).

11.   Our Advertisement in the leading newspaper (TOI) for the admissions against Vacant and cancellation seats.

12.   Issue & Submission of Application forms for the admission against Vacant and Cancellation seats.

13.   Preparing Merit list of the student who apply for Admission against Vacant as well as Cancelled seats.  The separate merit list shall be  displayed for Sindhi Minority Quota.

14.   Display of each Merit list on the Notice Board and on the website of the Institute along with the detail information and instructions about reporting time , verification of document payment of fees etc.

15.   Institute Level admission round- for this round we call Call the students at our College Auditorium on a specified date and time along with the Demand Draft of required fee amount and all required Original documents.  Recall the Names and CET Score as per the merit list of students and admit the students according to the vacant seats & cancelled seats and sindhi Minority quota seats available for admission..

16. Complete the admission process and inform DTE as per the deadlines of DTE.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS

STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION UNDER MINORITY QUOTA ARE ADVISED TO REFER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MENTIONED IN CLAUSE 2.6 ON PAGE NO 10 OF DTE ADMISSION BROCHURE.

Application forms for Admission under Sindhi Minority Quota and Vacant/Cancellation seats shall be submitted along with the necessary documents to this office within the prescribed time and dates. These dates shall be notified in our advertisement in the leading news paper and on the website and notice board of the college.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION FORM

The copies of the following documents should be enclosed along with the application at the time of submission.

  1. One Photograph of the applicant
  2. Photocopy of the CET score card
  3. Documentary Proof of belonging to Sindhi Minority (of Maharashtra State Only), Supported by an affidavit from the competent authority.
  4. Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra State if applicable

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

The Original and the attested copies of the following documents should require at the time of admission.

  1. CET Score card
  2. Marks List of S S C
  3. Marks List of H S C
  4. Mark List of Graduation or its Equivalent Qualifying examination.
  5. Passing / Degree certificate of the Graduation.
  6. Institute leaving / Transference certificate
  7. Proof of Nationality (Birth Certificate/Domicile Certificate/School Leaving/Passport)
  8. Candidates except those from Mumbai University, must obtain ‘Eligibility Certificate,  from University of Mumbai at Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai and Migration Certificate form their Home University.
  9. Migrant Certificate (applicable for J&K Quota)
  10. Documentary Proof of belonging to Sindhi Minority of Maharashtra State, Supported by an affidavit form the competent authority.
  11. Gap Certificate (If there is an educational gap due to any reason after passing the qualifying examination) by way of an affidavit.
  12. If a candidate fails to submit the certificates within the prescribed period of time , the admission shall be treated as cancelled and no refund of fees shall be granted.
